Our story
From an idea came an attitude
What emerged from the combination of psychological expertise and experiences from specialized fields developed into a team that unites different perspectives. We stand for trust, authenticity, and the firm belief that development must be meaningful and experiential. Integrity, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility are part of our everyday life. We are motivated by the idea of supporting people in consciously utilizing their abilities in all areas of life.
What makes us stand out
We combine experience, professionalism, and a keen eye for the reality of people and organizations. In our work, we take the time to listen and understand what is really needed. This leads to tailored paths that have a sustainable impact, but are above all practical and achievable for everyone.

Felix Rosenberger
Managing Director
Felix began his professional career in the large kitchen and experienced firsthand how teams operate under high speed and how strongly pressure influences behavior. This was followed by fourteen years in the Bundeswehr, ten of which he spent as an operational forces member in the KSK. Deployments abroad and work in emergency medicine showed him that true resilience depends less on physical toughness than on mental clarity and a stable inner system.
This insight led him to psychology. During his studies, he found the scientific basis to categorize and further develop the experiences from special forces and medicine. Today, he connects both worlds and supports individuals and organizations in building mental strength, healthy leadership, and sustainable performance.

Christopher Wagner
Managing Director
Christopher looks back on twenty years of service in the Bundeswehr, including sixteen years in the context of the KSK. During this time, he developed a clear understanding of leadership and security. Clear priorities, resilient structures, and decisions that hold up under pressure have shaped his professional path.
After the military, his path led him into security consulting. In 2022, he founded CPC Controlling Protection Concepts GmbH to develop and implement security structures for companies and selected UVHNW families globally. In this role, he increasingly became a sparring partner for boards and management in security-critical growth and decision-making situations.
In 2025, he co-founded RoWa with Felix, aiming to scientifically and practically advance leadership and resilience. Christopher applies his experience in individual coaching, executive programs, and selected presentations, always focusing on action ability, team building, and leadership strength.
Through years of training top personnel and countless strategic sparring sessions with decision-makers, Christopher has found joy in roles where responsibility is shaped. In the future, he intends to bring his expertise to external supervisory board mandates for the benefit of companies, employees, and the board. The formal qualification for this will take place in the first quarter of 2026 through the Deutsche Börse.

In consulting and leadership contexts, she accompanied individuals and teams in development, conflict, and stress situations and witnessed how significantly psychological challenges shape everyday work life.
