Leading with EQ instead of just IQ

This course strengthens the ability for emotional self-leadership, improves understanding of interpersonal dynamics, and provides practical impulses for healthy, appreciative leadership behavior. At the same time, it shows how to recognize inner tension early and how leaders can create a safe environment for their team through conscious reactions. Participants experience how small changes in dealing with their own feelings can significantly ease everyday life and foster an atmosphere in which collaboration occurs more naturally.
